Verification information (creators only): a government-issued ID document and a live selfie, used solely to confirm identity and age before a creator profile is activated.

Content you provide: messages, Feed posts, Stories, and any media you upload.

Payment information: processed directly by our third-party payment provider. Xerelle does not store your full card number or banking credentials.

Usage information: basic activity data such as login times and feature usage, used to maintain and improve the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify creator identity and eligibility
• Provide and maintain the Platform's features (messaging, Feed, Stories, subscriptions)
• Process payments and payouts
• Investigate reports of abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
• Communicate with you about your account

4. How We Protect Verification Data

Identity documents and selfies submitted for verification are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized review purposes only. This data is not displayed publicly and is not shared with other users.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Our payment processor, to complete transactions
• Our infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting), solely to operate the Platform
• Law enforcement, if legally required to do so

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any retention required by law.

Under the NDPR, you have the right to:
