By creating an account or using Xerelle ("the Platform," "we," "us"), operated by Xerelle Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Xerelle, whether as a subscriber or as a creator ("model"). By using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Creators are required to complete identity verification (government-issued ID and a live selfie match) before their profile becomes active.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
Subscribers pay a recurring fee, set individually by each creator, for ongoing access to that creator's private messaging, Feed, and Stories. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. Billing is processed through our third-party payment provider; Xerelle does not directly store your full card details. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
Xerelle is strictly non-explicit. The following are prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, at Xerelle's discretion.
All creators must complete identity verification before publishing a profile. Xerelle reserves the right to reject or remove any creator profile that fails verification or is later found to violate these terms.
Content posted by creators remains their own property. By posting on Xerelle, creators grant the Platform a limited license to display that content to their subscribers as part of the service. Users may not copy, redistribute, or repost another user's content without permission.
Users may block or report other users who violate these terms or make them feel unsafe. Xerelle reviews reports and may take action including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.
Xerelle may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or to the Platform. Users may also close their own account at any time.
Xerelle provides the Platform "as is." We do not guarantee that any creator will respond to messages, and we are not responsible for the conduct of individual users. Xerelle acts as a platform connecting subscribers and creators; it does not control or guarantee the substance of any interaction between them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xerelle Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
